01Passive Regulation

PCM Temperature-Regulating Apparel

Phase-change material can be engineered into selected garment areas through inserts, packs, linings, or project-specific constructions. Integration is developed around the intended climate, silhouette, care requirements, and buyer-supplied performance brief.

  • PCM format, placement, and coverage
  • Shell, lining, insulation, and pocket construction
  • Removable or integrated component concepts
Images illustrate adaptable garment constructions; PCM integration is developed to the approved project specification.

02Active Cooling

Battery-Powered Fan Jackets & Vests

Ventilated workwear and outdoor apparel can be developed with integrated fans, internal airflow pathways, component pockets, wiring routes, and closures coordinated as one garment system.

  • Fan count, size, and garment placement
  • Ventilation structure and fabric selection
  • Battery interface, controls, and cable management
Fans, batteries, and electrical components are selected and validated against the buyer’s approved requirements.

03Active Heating

Battery-Powered Heated Jackets & Vests

Heating elements can be mapped to selected garment panels and developed together with insulation, linings, controller access, power storage, and the overall pattern construction.

  • Heating-zone number, shape, and placement
  • Jacket, vest, and layered garment constructions
  • Controller position and battery-system integration
Final zone layouts, components, and operating settings are established through sampling and buyer approval.
Custom development scope

Configurations, fabrics, heating zones, fan placement, battery systems, trims, branding, and PCM integration can be customized for buyer requirements and confirmed through the OEM/ODM sampling process.

Signature Area 02

Antibacterial + deodorant textile systems

A functional finish should address how odor forms, how the active chemistry interacts with the fiber, and how performance will be verified after the buyer’s defined laundering sequence.

Functional principle

Fresh sweat secretions are largely odorless. Characteristic body odor develops when skin microorganisms transform components of those secretions into volatile compounds. Antibacterial-deodorant finishes are designed to limit this microbial pathway rather than cover odor with fragrance.

01Controlled Release

Moisture-responsive agent systems

Silver-based and zinc-pyrithione finishes are examples of systems that can make an active agent available under moisture exposure. Chemistry, dosage, substrate compatibility, release behavior, and applicable regulations must be reviewed for each market and end use.

02Fiber Bonded

Silane-quaternary surface finishes

Silane-quaternary chemistries can be selected to anchor functional groups to suitable fiber surfaces. The intended advantage is improved wash durability, but the result depends on fiber chemistry, application method, curing conditions, and the approved formulation.

03Odor Capture

Adsorptive deodorant compounds

Cyclodextrin- or zeolite-based ingredients can be compounded into a finish to adsorb selected gaseous odor molecules. This physical capture route can complement an antibacterial finish when a program requires broader odor-management performance.

Combined Performance Architecture

Control the source. Capture what remains.

An antibacterial agent and an odor adsorbent perform different jobs. A project can combine them when the brief calls for both microbial-growth control on the textile and physical capture of selected volatile odor molecules.

  • Garment-first material selectionFiber composition, fabric weight, hand feel, stretch, color, and end-use conditions guide the finishing route.
  • Finish and application developmentActive chemistry, binder or grafting route, cure conditions, add-on level, and compatibility are confirmed during sampling.
  • Durability defined before testingThe buyer specifies the laundering protocol and number of cycles that the finished textile must complete before repeat evaluation.
01Control

Reduce bacterial activity on the textile through an approved finish.

02Bond

Select a release or fiber-bonded route for the substrate and durability target.

03Capture

Add a porous adsorbent when the brief includes residual odor-molecule management.

Verification Framework

Performance claims follow approved laboratory results.

For development programs requiring an antibacterial claim, the test method, organisms, control fabric, laundering sequence, acceptance criteria, and test laboratory should be agreed before production.

Application Directions

Built around the market brief.

Finishes and functional systems are developed for the garment category, wearing environment, care method, target market, and approved claim language.
